1. Intellectual Property

All artwork, character names, and lore associated with Brave Light Studios and Silverton Hollow are the intellectual property of Leigh Ann Walters. Purchase of a print or digital product does not transfer copyright. Commercial reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

2. Physical & Digital Goods

Prints are produced on archival giclee paper and are sold as-is. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final. For physical prints, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged.

All products currently offered by Brave Light Studios are made available on an artisan basis, meaning that all goods are created on site and shipped to customer at time of purchase.

3. AI Collaborative Process

Our works are created through a collaborative process between the artist and generative AI tools. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges the unique aesthetic and technical nature of AI-assisted art.

4. Limitation of Liability

Brave Light Studios is not responsible for color variation between your print screen and the physical print, nor for any shipping delays cause by third party carriers.
